We keep this short and honest. We only ask for what we need to build your site and reply to you, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Who we are
Bysundays builds and looks after websites for beauty professionals in the UK. Bysundays is run by Lucent Digital Studio. If you have a question about your information, email [email protected] and we will sort it.
What we collect, and why
When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, email, business name, Instagram handle, the kind of work you do, the plan you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. We use this for one thing: to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to design and run your site. That is the whole list.
Our site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. That sets cookies and collects standard, anonymised usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device). It is never tied to the details you send us through the form.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we look after your site, plus a short period after for our records. If you enquire and do not go ahead, we delete your enquiry within twelve months. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Who sees it
David and Olivia. Enquiries arrive by email and are stored securely. We use Cloudflare to host the site and the form, and Google for email and analytics. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, ever.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within a month, usually much faster. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above. Nothing changes retroactively for information you already sent us.
