Everything here is already said on the rest of the site. This is just it in one place, so there are no surprises.
What you get
We design and build a website for your beauty business, host it, and keep it updated. We design it within 24 hours of you sending your Instagram and a few photos. You see it before you commit to anything.
What it costs
There is no build fee and nothing to pay upfront. Your first month covers the build. After that it is £50 a month for the Your website plan, or £150 a month for Your website, found on Google, which adds your Google Business Profile and monthly local SEO. Prices include hosting, maintenance and updates.
The guarantee
You see your design before you pay. If you do not love it, you do not pay. We will keep adjusting it until it is right, or you walk away owing nothing. The guarantee covers the initial design. Once your site is live and you are a paying client, ongoing changes are covered by your monthly plan.
Changes after launch
Your plan covers updates. New prices, new services, new photos, a holiday closure: message us and we make the change, as often as you like. We are not a dashboard you have to learn.
Cancelling
No contract and no notice period. Cancel any time by sending us a message. Your site stays live while you pay and comes down if you stop. If you want to take it with you, the domain is yours and we will help you move it.
Who owns what
Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Your content and photos are yours. While you are a client we host and maintain the site for you as part of your plan.
Fair use
We build and look after every site by hand, so we take a limited number of new clients each month. We will tell you honestly if we are full. We reserve the right to decline work that is not a fit, and you can leave whenever you want.
