Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.
We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. If your message is about an order, put the order number in the subject line and we will get to it quicker.
What to contact us about
- An order that has not arrived. Try the carrier with your tracking number first, then tell us and we will reprint or refund. See our refund policy.
- Something arrived damaged or printed wrong. Tell us within 30 days. You will not need to send it back.
- Changing or cancelling an order. Email us straight away. Printing starts automatically, so we can usually only catch an order in the first few hours.
- Returns and refunds. Our refund policy sets out your 14-day right to change your mind and how to use it.
- Rights holders. If you would rather a listing was not sold here, our licensing page explains how to tell us. One email is enough.
