Questions
Are these official band merchandise?
No, and we do not pretend otherwise. by sundays is an independent print shop with no affiliation to the artists, labels or brands our posters refer to. If you are a rights holder and would rather a listing was not here, our licensing page explains how to tell us. We take things down on request.
What paper is it printed on?
200 gsm premium matte, smooth and uncoated, with a non-reflective finish so there is no glare from a window. The paper is FSC certified. At 0.26 mm it is substantial enough to hang without curling at the corners.
What if the colours look different to my screen?
Your screen is backlit and paper is not, so deep blues and neon greens always sit a little softer in print. Matte uncoated paper in particular trades a bit of punch for a surface you can look at in daylight. That is normal, and it is not a fault.
How long will it take?
Every poster is printed after you order it rather than pulled off a shelf, so there is a short production step before it ships. You get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves the printer. Framed orders take longer than rolled ones, because the glazing has to be fitted and packed flat.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as fast as you can. Printing starts automatically, so we can usually only catch an order in the first few hours. Once it has gone to print we cannot pull it back, though we will always try.
Can I return it?
Yes. If you are in the UK or the EU you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and we will talk you through sending it back. Separately, and whatever the timing, if it arrives damaged, creased or printed wrong we reprint or refund it. You will not need to return that one or photograph anything.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We ship to most of the world. Posters are produced at the printing partner closest to your address wherever there is one, so most orders never cross a border and do not pick up customs charges. Delivery is worked out at checkout from the size of the poster and where it is going.
Will it fit a shop-bought frame?
Sizes are given in centimetres and inches, and the common ones such as 30x40, 40x50 and 50x70 match frames sold off the shelf across Europe and the US. Posters are trimmed to size with no white border. If you want to use a mount, order the next size up and let the mount overlap by about 10 mm.
