These terms cover your use of this site and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we email to confirm it. We may decline an order, for example where a listing was priced wrongly, an item is no longer available, or we believe the order is fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.

Prices and currency

Prices show in GBP, USD, EUR or AUD depending on where you are, and you are charged in the currency shown. Delivery is calculated at checkout from the size of the poster and where it is going. Taxes are as stated at checkout.

How your poster is made

Nothing is held in stock. Each poster is printed to order by a production partner, at the site nearest your delivery address where there is one. There is a short production step before the item ships.

Delivery

Orders go out on a tracked service. You get a tracking link by email when the item leaves the printer.

Once a parcel has left the printer and is with the carrier, the timings are in their hands rather than ours. If tracking has stopped moving, or it says delivered and the parcel is not where you expected it, contacting the carrier with your tracking number is usually the fastest route to an answer, and we would ask you to try that first, along with checking with neighbours or your building.

If that does not resolve it, contact us and we will put it right. Under UK consumer law goods remain our responsibility until they are in your hands, so an order that never reaches you is ours to sort out. We will reprint it or refund you.

Cancelling and returning

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights.

Product images

Listing images are mockups showing a design in a room setting. Frames, furniture and props are there for scale and are not included unless the listing says so.

Artwork and trade marks

We are not affiliated with any artist, band, label or brand our posters refer to, and nothing we sell is official merchandise. Our licensing page explains this and tells rights holders how to reach us.

Using this site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for other people, or pass our listings off as your own.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time you placed it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, or in the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law and may bring proceedings in your own courts.
